What platforms do you manage advertising campaigns on?

We manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta (Facebook + Instagram), LinkedIn, Reddit, and Pinterest primarily, but also manage programmatic campaigns for display and audio through media buying. Whether you’re focused on brand awareness, lead generation, or conversions, we build cross-channel strategies to match and don’t run cookie-cutter campaigns; the placements we secure will be the best match for reaching your target audience, using the most effective creative assets.

Do you design the creative for ad campaigns too?

Yes—either in-house or through our Crimson Park Content Studio. We can produce static and video ads, with enough variations per batch for testing purposes. Great strategy needs great visuals, and we make sure your ads look and sound like your customers, for maximum engagement potential.

How do you determine ad budgets and targeting?

We start by understanding your goals, audience, and available advertising budget. We then model a budget based on projected reach, cost-per-click, and platform fit. To make sure your ad dollars are being allocated for maximum impact and ROI, we balance ad placements based on marketing funnel stage (awareness vs. retargeting, for example) as well as user behavior and known attributes.

How often do you check on and optimize ad campaigns?

We monitor campaigns closely—often daily during high-activity periods or key launches—and optimize weekly at minimum. From adjusting bids and targeting to testing new creatives, we’re consistently refining performance. You’ll never have to wonder if someone’s keeping an eye on your ad spend—we’re already on it.

What do your advertising management services cost?

Each managed service retainer is uniquely built to serve our clients’ needs and support their goals; however, our monthly management has a 25-hour minimum and covers one marketing channel only. Additionally, unique to our advertising service, our fee is primarily based on a percentage of media budget managed, to ensure our support scales in tandem with spend fluctuations. Your account will be managed by an experienced account manager, with support from our advertising and paid media specialists. While we typically operate in a cross-functional way to ensure all your needs are met, you can count on expert help whenever you need it. The team you meet in the onboarding process is who you’ll see on every call; we don’t sell you an A-team and implement with a B-team. That’s the beauty of our boutique agency model.
