Marketing Consulting

We meet with great brands often, and sometimes, recurring retainer support isn’t how our agency can best serve them. Instead, they need a short-term engagement to boost their marketing strategy or assist with special projects. That’s where our consulting packages come in – a three to six-month partnership to help where we’re needed most.

The Best Ways to Use a Marketing Consultant

Marketing consultants are best utilized in several key situations, for a variety of business types and growth stages. Startups, for example, can tap into digital marketing experts to craft their go-to-market strategies, SMBs can benefit during times of geographic expansion or significant revenue growth, and established brands can learn more efficient and effective processes if their internal team is stuck in a rut.

Hiring a digital marketing agency for consulting grants you access to decades of combined experience and knowledge of current trends and best practices without full-time hiring. No overhead, no long-term retainers – just the right amount of support, for as long as you need it, for a fraction of the cost.

frequently asked questions

How much access will I have to your team, as a consulting client?

The level of access to our team will be entirely dependent on the consulting package you select, however, we always go the extra mile for our clients and will be as responsive and agile as possible.

Do consulting packages have any minimums or requirements?

Yes, our consulting starts at ten monthly hours, with a three-month minimum engagement. For marketing teams or executives that need a higher commitment and more hands-on support, additional consulting packages are available for either twenty or forty hours monthly.

Does consulting include tactical implementation of strategic recommendations or campaign plans?

Our consulting packages do not include the hands-on execution of recommendations or plans that we develop for or in collaboration with you. However, our agency team is more than happy to facilitate implementation with a recurring monthly retainer and continue our partnership with you!

Who is the ideal consulting client for your team?

We’re most excited to consult with growth-focused startups, lean SMB teams, and any other brand looking to make a memorable and effective impact on their business. All clients must have the bandwidth to collaborate with us and be able to review and provide feedback on recommendations in a timely manner. They will also need to be comfortable with providing access to necessary data, internal tools, and confidential information, based on the tasks we are scoped to assist with. Does that sounds like you?

What is the structure of a consulting package, who will we work with, and how will we communicate?

All consulting packages include email and/or Slack communications; again, we want to ensure we’re accessible when you need us! Our twenty-hour package includes one monthly touch-base call or onsite visit, and our forty-hour package includes two monthly touch-base calls or onsite visits. The number of agency team members assigned to your account will depend on the tasks needed. Each month will have specific action items to complete based on your needs, whether that is a program audit, strategy plan draft, or budget forecast. We want our consulting partnership to be as effective and tangible as possible, so it’s important to lay out the deliverables and timelines so all stakeholders are on the same page.
